Job Responsibilities:

• Collect relevant information from physicians or clinic nurse for admission booking

• Perform general clerical duties and counter service in relation to patient registration and admission

• Attend to general Patient / Visitor enquiries

• Switchboard phone enquires to appropriate departments or staff

• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Form 5 or above

• Pleasant, customer oriented with good communication skills

• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

• Minimum 1 year’s relevant working experience is preferable
