Description

• Define usable KPIs and metrics for business processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define KPIs.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, data modeling, and row-level security.
• Translate business requirements into actionable data insights.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reporting systems.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop insightful dashboards and reports, and clearly communicate the meaning and business impact behind the numbers through effective data storytelling.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
• Advanced SQL proficiency with the ability to write efficient, complex queries on large datasets.
• Proven ability to design use cases and KPIs for business processes.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand how data drives business outcomes.
• Experience presenting insights to stakeholders and leadership.
• High attention to detail.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau is highly desirable, and knowledge of Python for analytics is considered a plus.
