Responsibilities:

·         To assist the Deputy Director, Technical Services, in carrying out energy-saving measures and enhancement works.

·         To be responsible for the enhancement works, including recommendation of designs, specifications, liaison with contractors, arranging submission for relevant government authorities, etc.

·         To coordinate with the Property Services Team and Technical Services Team for any diversion, suspension, and modification of the existing systems for maintaining the normal business operation of the mall.

·         To monitor, supervise, and review the performance of service providers and subordinates to ensure workmanship, schedule, and details in accordance with the pre-determined standards and the safety of the working site

·         Coordinate related enhancement works, including but not limited to the access control of plant room as well as maintain normal operation of common facilities

·         Manage and carry out testing and commissioning on-site

Qualifications and Requirements:
·         Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering

·         Registered Electrical Worker of Grade B or above

·         At least 8-10 years' relevant experience in property management, consultancy or project management field preferred

·         Possessed practical experience in installation, repair and maintenance works of electrical, fire services, plumbing and drainage and building fabric.

·         Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

·         Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD

·         Self-motivated with good communication skills
