Responsibilities

• Act as the Responsible Officer: Oversee management responsibilities and supervise regulated activities (SFC 1, 4, 9) for the Group.

• Strategic Development: Design and execute business strategies to enhance the Group’s wealth management offerings, targeting clients in partnership with business associates across the Greater China region.

• Comprehensive Service Delivery: Deliver a full spectrum of investment and wealth management services to our business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field

• Holder of Responsible Officer license for SFC activities 1, 4, and 9

• At least 5 years of pertinent experience within banking or financial services institutions

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

• Fluent in both English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is essential
