Our client is a reputable and well-recognized organisation with multiple business streams in Hong Kong. On their behalf, we are currently seeking a Director, Service Design for their headquarter, responsible for leading and overseeing and enhancing the group customer experience journey.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Report to the Executive Director

• Lead the user research and drive the digital transformation of the customer experience journey

• Provide leadership and guidance with feasible solutions to enhance competitive advantage in the industry

• Strategize in planning, operations, integration, and implementation of loyalty programmes and services

• Bring best practice to the corporate environment

• Review current technology position and drive ways to leverage, improve and/or extend technology investments

• Drive change management process and UI/UX initiatives; supervise a team with people management and resource management to ensure the timely delivery of milestones, as well as the quality of deliverables

• Manage stakeholder relationships, to ensure continual business support

Requirements:

• University degree holder or above in business-related discipline

• A minimum fifteen (15) years of solid experience in Digital Transformation with sound experience in latest technology and digital-related solution

• Familiar with the corporate environment in order to manage stakeholders’ expectation

• Strategic and innovative with pro-active leadership and relationship building skill in dealing with people of diversity culture and background as well as of different levels

• Hands-on ability to direct and drive digital and UI/UX initiatives according to priorities and deadlines

• Outstanding interpersonal skills are essential to maintain good relationships with both internal stakeholders and external vendors

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; Putonghua ability is a plus
