Role Overview:
We are looking for a AI specialist to design, build, and optimise cutting-edge AI applications. You will be instrumental in developing frameworks, fine-tuning models, and creating robust prompt systems to solve complex challenges. Candidates with less experience but strong relevant skills and a proven track record are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement embedding strategies to optimise AI model performance.
• Develop applications using agentic AI frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph.
• Create and manage a library of optimised prompts, refining them through user feedback.
• Fine-tune large language models, with a focus on open-source or China-based models.
• Oversee data tagging and labelling processes to ensure high-quality model inputs.

Requirements:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 3 years in machine learning or AI, with at least 1 year in generative AI. Junior candidates with strong relevant experience will also be considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Python and familiar with relevant frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
• Cloud/On-Prem Experience: Hands-on experience deploying solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and on-premise environments.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills focused on developing practical solutions to complex challenges in generative AI.
• Familiarity with ethical AI considerations (bias, misinformation) is a PLUS. 
• Experience with data tagging/labelling tools for effective insight generation is a PLUS.
