Job Description:

• Provide luxury Food & Beverage service in order to inline of the Accor Hotel Brand standards.

• Take orders and serve customers using the point-of-sales system.

• Communicate food orders with Kitchen team to ensure meals are cooked as ordered.

• Responsible for handling all cash and credit card transactions for all food and beverage purchases.

• Responsible for the wellbeing of  service operations and lead teammates to perform accordingly (waiters/ casuals/captain).

• Ensure beverage and condiments are stocked properly and consistently throughout shift.

• Prepare and serve all type of  beverages (including alcohol).

• Provide guidance and training to team members and new joiners in order to meet the service standards.

• Accurately answer customers’ enquiries about the hotel operation hours including food & beverage outlet’s, gym room and swimming pool.

• Maintain a memorized knowledge of the menu, prices and ingredients , offer , promotions, discount

• Perform other duties as assigned or required by upper management.

 

Requirement:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Hotel Food & Beverage outlet is highly preferred

• Fluent in written and oral English, Cantonese and Mandarin

• Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills

• Knowledge and practice of Microsoft Office ( Work, excel )

• Willing to work on shift hours including night shift
