Job Description

• To provide technical submissions and method statements related to Building work installation

• Responsible for site Installation Quality Control.

• Supervise contractors’ work to ensure their compliance with contractual and statutory requirements

• Conduct on-site inspections and monitor work progress

• To prepare quality reports for review and provide improvement statements.

• To liaise with contractors for execution of rectification.-Coordinate with project consultants and contractors on all matters relating to builders work installation and performance on site

• 100% full time working in site office

Qualifications

• Diploma or Higher Certificate from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong or equivalent in Building discipline

• At least 8 years’ relevant site experience at data centre and inspection work

• Good communication and interpersonal skill

• Well organized and independent
