Responsibilities

• Develop mobile business marketing strategies, business cases and performance reports, ensuring the competitiveness of products and services through global market research and analysis

• Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans for campaigns, overseeing end-to-end execution and adapting global brand initiatives for regional markets while optimizing channels and agency partnerships to enhance ROI

• Lead the localization and enhancement of mobile services, defining key product features, pricing structures, and market positioning in collaboration with cross-functional teams to launch new products and packages that meet market demands

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with relevant global channels to expand market exposure and negotiate partnership agreements, designing joint value propositions and packages to enhance service offerings

• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize overall marketing performance

Requirements

• University graduate in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline

• Minimum 8 years working experience in marketing sector, preferably in Telecommunications or IT&T industry

• Possess strong ownership with analytical abilities and with solid business sense

• Excellent analytical, presentation, interpersonal and communications skills

• Detail-oriented and proactive, with exceptional project management skills

• Preferably with marketing experience in customer acquisition / retention programs launch

• Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English and proficient in Mandarin
