Duties and Responsibilities:

• To lead a team providing quality property management services to a residential and commercial properties.

• To liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the properties.

• To co-ordinate between the individual owners and the contractor for the defect rectification works to ensure good quality services.

• To prepare and monitor annual management budget and expenses.

• To maintain good relationship with owners and occupants.

• To handle emergency incidents and customer inquiries.

• Responsible for handover premises and ensure quality fitting out works of tenants.

• To perform procurement and administrative duties.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably with relevant property management.

• Minimum 5 years' solid experience in property management.

• Familiar with Building Management Ordinance, Deed of Mutual Covenant, and related ordinances.

• Customer oriented with pleasant personality, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good problem solving, organizing and leadership skills.

• Mature and able to work independently.

• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

• Immediately available is preferred
