Your Impact

•          Shape and deliver the Group’s international growth strategy in residential build-to-sell development, driving projects from land acquisition through to construction and sales with unwavering standards of quality and profitability.

•          Inspire and oversee high-performing teams across overseas office locations, championing collaboration and best-in-class execution from project conception to successful completion.

•          Identify, assess, and leverage new investment opportunities in the UK and Japan, drawing upon deep market insights and industry connections.

•          Forge and nurture strategic relationships with international partners, contractors, consultants, and investors, operating with transparency and integrity across all markets.

•          Play a pivotal role in building shareholder value, ensuring robust governance, and empowering senior leadership to innovate and excel.

About You

•          Degree holder in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

•          At least 15 years’ senior leadership experience in property development or construction, including demonstrated success in the end-to-end lifecycle of residential projects.

•          Proven expertise in both the UK and Japan property markets, with an extensive professional network highly preferred.

•          Strong track record leading multi-location teams and managing complex projects with impact and agility.

•          Fluent in English and Mandarin. Cantonese ability will be considered advantageous.

•          Decisive, energetic, and highly strategic with exceptional communication and relationship management skills.
