Job Title: Administrative Officer (食品安全监督员) Department: HSE, HKUST(GZ) Job ID: 6554 Job Posting Details Formally established in June 2022, the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou)(HKUST(GZ)) is a cooperatively-run university between the Chinese mainland and the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. HKUST(GZ) has obtained approval from the Ministry of Education (MoE) and become the first legally-independent educational institution co-established by the Mainland and Hong Kong since the announcement and implementation of the “Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area” and the “Overall Plan for Deepening Globally Oriented Comprehensive Co-operation amongst Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha of Guangzhou”. Duties 一、食品安全监督 监督学校食堂及食品经营单位落实“日管控、周排查、月调度”制度，每周汇总上报检查情况。 每日核查从业人员晨检记录及健康状况，督促整改违规操作。 及时向食品安全总监报告风险隐患，跟踪整改闭环。 配合开展食品安全培训及应急演练。 二、公共卫生管理 协助监督校园室内空气质量、饮用水安全、杀虫剂使用安全等环境卫生工作。 参与突发公共卫生与健康事件（如食源性疾病，环境传播性疾病）的调查与协调。 三、跨部门协作 联动后勤部门、校诊所开展预防性健康教育及联合检查。

任职要求

Qualification Requirements 1.本科及以上学历，优先考虑食品科学与工程、公共卫生、预防医学、环境健康与安全等相关专业。 2.持有食品安全管理员、公共卫生管理或HSE相关证书者优先。 3.具备风险排查、台账管理及突发事件处置能力。 4.有团队精神，责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调和文书撰写能力。 5.能独立开展监督检查并推动问题整改。 This is a Mainland appointment, and the appointee will be offered a contract by HKUST(GZ) entity in accordance with the Mainland labor laws and regulations.
