About the Role
As a Credit Manager, you will be ensuring accurate billing, timely collections and strict credit control in line with Hotel policies.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily Accounts Receivable and Credit operations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Maintain city ledger and ensure accurate and timely billing, as well as justifying credit extensions.
Collaborate with revenue-generating departments to follow up on collections and minimize credit risk.
Monitor outstanding payments, participate in credit meetings, and recommend appropriate actions.
Assist with policy implementation, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance with associate membership of ACCA or HKICPA or equivalent.
At least 5 years of experience in Finance, preferably in the Hotel Industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational, time management, problem-solving and communication skills.
Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated team player.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Candidates with less years of experience will be considered as Assistant Credit Manager.
