Job Responsibilities:

• Managed the CEO’s bank accounts, including investment transactions and daily banking operations, executing all activities strictly in accordance with the CEO’s directives.

• Maintained regular and effective communication with banks and financial institutions to ensure seamless account management and timely flow of critical financial information.

• Oversaw the full scope of the CEO’s investment portfolio, including asset allocation strategies, risk assessment and mitigation, as well as continuous performance tracking and reporting.

• Conducted comprehensive market research and in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and deliver actionable insights in support of strategic investment decisions.

• Prepared detailed investment proposals, organized supporting documentation, and developed professional presentation materials for internal review and external engagements.

• Ensured accuracy, confidentiality, and timeliness in handling all financial and investment-related matters on behalf of the CEO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

• At least 3 years or above working in the Financial or Accounting field (any of those who have Investment background)

• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment vehicles, and portfolio management principles.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities, with close attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with financial software and databases.
