Job Description
Responsibilities

- Handle full spectrum of daily leasing matters and management for a portfolio of bank properties
- Weekly / Monthly reporting on active transactions as well as the project pipeline reviews
- Manage daily operations including but not limited to tenancy matters, office or branch renovation, seeking new branch sites or letting of bank-owned premises
- Liaise and establish good relationships with property developers, landlords, tenants and agencies
- Monitor variances in different leasing control parameters
- Assist any ad-hoc projects and assignments
- Bachelor Degree in related disciplines
- 8-10 years related experiences
- Mature and independent with good negotiation, detail-oriented and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS office applications
- Good command of written and spoken both English and Mandarin
