Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and present quarterly compliance and risk management reports and assist in drafting the annual compliance and risk management work plan. Support the preparation of the annual risk appetite report

• Develop and improve risk models and tools to enable data-driven decision-making. Analyze large datasets to identify trends and enhance the Company’s risk and control frameworks

• Collaborate with departments to validate and integrate risk data into the ERM framework. Assist in risk assessments, including stress testing and scenario analysis

• Support the Own Risk and Solvency Assessment (ORSA) process. Monitor risk limits and assist with regulatory reporting (e.g., market risk management)

• Review data mapping logic to ensure accurate results from the risk management system

• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Risk Management ,Statistics, Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics or equivalent; holder of CFA or FRM an added advantage

• Over 3 years’ experience in risk management, finance or treasury related areas in Insurance industry

• Good knowledge in  investment products and interest rate risk, liquidity risk or market risk management

• Hands-on experience in SQL and Excel is a must

• Strong knowledge of risk methods: credit risk, VaR/ES, stress testing, model validation

• Proficient in data visualization and reporting; capable of designing automated reporting workflows

• Good interpersonal skills and a good team player

• Well knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
