We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team, if you have a passion for the Insurtech industry and thrive in a fast pace, dynamic environment, we invite you to apply now to join our team as a Claims Administrator to support the Sales on renewal and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging and saving of Claims record in the YS (Data entry)

  • Processing of claims on behalf of policy members (to pre-screen/submit/follow-up/monitor/update claims record in the YS)

  • Communicating with colleagues, insurers and policy members in relation to claims processes/issues (i.e. delayed/pending/declined)

  • Organizing follow ups related to claims with insurance companies and policy members in an efficient and pro-active manner ensuring they are updated on the status of their claims/pre-authorization at all times

  • Updating and monitoring Problem Claim records/follow-ups

  • Maintaining organized emails, outlook folders and clean inbox at all times

  • Maintaining organized client folders in the server

  • Ensuring that problem claims are escalated to the Team Leader/Manager in a timely manner if it becomes too difficult to handle and client is increasingly unhappy

  • Mailing work (send out claims document to client and insurer)

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree holder with 1-2 years of insurance industry experience

  • Administrative Assistance and Customer Service skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
