Key Responsibilities:

• Manages, develops and formulates sales and marketing strategies for assigned sales territories.

  Develops profit and budget sales from assigned sales territories.

• Understands related local government regulations and keep contacting with the key retail outlets.

  Plans, implements and controls sales and promotion activities.

• Opens up new potential markets pro-actively.

• Monitors the change of labeling regulations in key export markets, thus prepares export papers and stickers to comply with new requirements.

• Supervises the Export Executive and / or Export Assistant (Order) to coordinate with branch offices and distributors to ensure prompt delivery of shipment orders, artwork preparation for stickers and its ordering.

• Monitors the stock level and ordering pattern to ensure optimal inventory of the distributors in assigned sales territories.

• Monitors the sticker cost closely and source of alternative sticker suppliers.

• Assists the Senior Export Manager to liaise and coordinates closely and effectively with branch offices and distributors to perform new product launching activities, advertising and promotion activities, and other related tasks.

• Coordinates with TV production house, freelance artists, printers and other suppliers to achieve related tasks promptly and effectively.

• Assists the Senior Export Manager to determine Export Quotation and related pricing calculation.

• Prepares various reports for management review.

• Handles the enquiries and complaints in relating to overseas markets.

• Coordinates and liaises with internal departments to ensure the proper functioning of various computer systems for Export Dept.

• Assists the Senior Export Manager to prepare the annual budget sales and expenses report.

• Assists the Senior Export Manager on administrative duties.

• Performs any other functions that the nature of the post entails.

Requirements

• Degree holder in business related disciplines.

• Minimum 5 years of working experience, with at least 3 year in handling fast moving consumer goods and 2 years in managerial level.

• Proactive and “can-do” attitude, positive thinking. Proactively take up challenges.

• High sense of urgency and highly committed.

• Good command of oral English, Mandarin and written English and Chinese.

• Good knowledge of computer application software, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Word, PowerPoint.

• Travel occasionally.
