Our client is a premium retailer that Looking for a skilled Area Sales Manager to further strengthen and develop the business for Asia Pacific region,

The Job :

• Traveling to distributors to provide training, support, and leadership, as well as to meet and control implementation of direct sales programs

• Develop long-term relationships with assigned customers, and maintain existing ones

• Achieve or exceed sales objectives, profitability targets, and strategic objectives in assigned territories/accounts

• Provide management with accurate sales projections, meeting/training progress and sell-out analysis alongside timely follow-up documentation for monthly reports.

• Develop and implement retail-specific strategies and initiatives to support operational objectives

• Manage regulatory registrations, orders and shipments to ensure unified registration and limited lead times

• Identify customer needs and work closely with Trade Marketing to develop and implement initiatives to support sales targets

• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other events

Requirements:

• Degree holder with minimum of 5 years’ experience with APAC sales management

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Excellent command of English (written and verbal), Cantonese, and Mandarin

• Attention to detail, accuracy, Self-development, Strategic mindset and Problem solving

• Frequent Travel is Required
