Responsibilities :

• Process tender documents, purchasing orders and contracts

• Assist in contractor database management

Requirements :

• DSE or above, preferably with formal purchasing training 

• At least 2 years working experience, preferably with hands-on experience and practical knowledge in purchasing and contracting

• Experience in web-based system would be an advantage

• Good command of both spoken English & Chinese

• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing

• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Purchasing Officer
