Responsibilities

• Act as the site in-charge and take full responsibilities for the management of the assigned estate or property portfolio

• Supervise a team and oversee the daily operation e.g. dealing with tenants, communicate with head office, etc.

Requirements

• Degree holder in Property Management or equivalent

• Member of Chartered Institute of Housing / Hong Kong Institute of Housing is preferable

• At least 5 years working experience in managing residential properties, of which 2 years at managerial level

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua

• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

• Strong customer service minded with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
