General Manager

Job Duties:

1. Overall Management: Oversee the daily operations and management, including budget control and cost risk management to ensure sound financial and operational performance.

2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the annual business plan, guide major core and critical issues, and ensure smooth execution.

3. Team Leadership: Effectively manage branch employees, build and nurture talent, enhance team capabilities, and improve overall staff competence and skills.

4. Market Expansion: Lead the team in actively exploring new markets and developing clients, regularly follow up with potential customers, provide progress reports, and ensure achievement of performance targets.

5. Industry Analysis: Monitor capital market trends, macroeconomic policies, and industry developments, staying updated on market dynamics, stock trading, and regulatory changes related to listed companies.

6. Brand Building: Maintain and enhance the company’s brand image and market competitiveness.

7. Financing: Establish and maintain excellent relationships with banking partners and communicate effectively with investors.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; EMBA/MBA preferred.

2. Experience: At least 15 years of experience in corporate or operational management, with over 10 years of general manager, and with prior experience in the electricity industry highly preferred.

3. Knowledge: Proficiency in market operations of electricity companies; familiarity with Hong Kong’s market and regulations is  advantageous.

4. Skills: Strong negotiation, business expansion, and resource integration abilities; optimistic, proactive, and resilient with strong stress tolerance; clear thinking, sense of responsibility, independent decision-making, and keen market insight.

5. Language: Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese and English is preferred.
