Job Description

Job Summary

Oversee e-commerce operations and digital marketing for the brands fashion accessories across APAC, driving sales growth, profitability, and customer engagement through strategic platform management and data-driven optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  • E-Commerce Strategy & Platform Management: Develop and execute strategies for own and third-party marketplaces, including platforms like Shopee and Lazada. Manage end-to-end operations, including product listings, content creation, inventory, and new channel exploration to boost sales and brand visibility.

  • Digital Marketing & Traffic Growth: Plan and run campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email, affiliates). Analyze traffic/behavior to optimize conversions and ROI on ad budgets.

  • Customer Experience & Performance: Enhance website UX, journey, and post-purchase support. Monitor reviews and feedback for improvements.

  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Track KPIs (sales, conversion, retention). Deliver insights via analytics tools to inform decisions.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce and digital marketing; experience in fashion/accessories is highly preferred.

  • Proven track record in managing e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces

  • Strong practical knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, email marketing, and social media advertising.

  • Familiarity with the Hong Kong and broader APAC e-commerce landscape and consumer behavior.

  • A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independently.

  • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Candidates with more substantial experience will be considered for the Assistant E-Commerce Manager title.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred.
