Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Insurance Sales Representative to focus on cross-selling various insurance products such as Motor insurance, motorbike insurance, and personal accident insurance etc. via telecom marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a knack for building relationships over the phone.

 Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to promote and cross-sell a suitable insurance product to the clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Collaborate with the motor sales team to create effective telecom marketing campaigns and customer services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.

 Qualifications:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field, with a focus on cross-selling (telecom) preferred.
- Strong understanding of various insurance products (e.g., health, auto).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
