Responsibilities:

• Work with a team in providing full support on day to day work 

• Assist in daily operations 

• Provide quality customer services to clients in a professional manner and in accordance with company standards

• Ensure the smoothness of daily task

• Handle customer feedback and complaints with high service standard to retain existing customers

• Handle enquiries from frontline and collaborate with internal departments

• Coordinate with multiple internal departments to achieve project goals 

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above

• English and Korean native speaker is a must

• Good team player with good communication & interpersonal skills

• Able to handle multi-tasks and work under pressure

• Immediate available is preferred
