Job Description

Our client, a leading conglomerate is looking for a project manager to join their team to work on one of their biggest digital transformation projects. It will be a long-term project involving a large number of stakeholders. They are looking at ways in which they can improve their processes across these areas.

The ideal candidate will have:

• 7+ years' experience in Business Analyst and Project Manager

• Experience working on large-scale transformation project

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

• A proactive and passionate personality

• Fluency in Canto and Mandarin and English 
  

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; create project plans, schedules, and budgets; and oversee the execution of all project phases. 

• Lead and motivate project teams, including development team, allocate tasks, and coordinate the efforts of different team members. 

• Serve as the primary point of communication between the IT team, business stakeholders, and vendors; provide status updates, and manage expectations. 

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and manage changes or delays as they arise. 

• Ensure projects meet quality standards and are compliant with organizational policies and procedures. 

• Conduct post-project evaluations to document lessons learned and suggest improvements for future projects.
