The Role

• Analyze system performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance efficiency for finance applications.
• Provide technical support during system upgrades and help launch new application features.
• Promptly investigate and resolve production incidents, performing thorough root cause analysis and recommending improvement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Support and continually enhance IT monitoring systems, ensuring timely response to alarms and rapid troubleshooting of production issues.
• Deliver application support to front office and back office stakeholders, ensuring high service levels and clear, timely communications.
• Manage incident escalation and coordinate resolution efforts using ServiceNow, collaborating closely with technical and business teams.
• Document incident management processes, resolution details, and improvement actions within ServiceNow, contributing to a robust knowledge base.
• Proactively review, update, and improve support procedures, runbooks, and monitoring tool configurations.

Your Profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and active listening. Demonstrated analytical and negotiation skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ITSM) and Splunk ITSI for monitoring and automation is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with ITIL best practices, major incident management, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Ability to comprehend and apply core business concepts within a multi-dimensional financial services environment. Possesses a record of quickly learning and mastering new skills.
