Responsibilities:
 

• Manage the daily customer service & delivery operation

• Review and adjust delivery route operation by using TMS

• Proactively plan and track the operation to ensure comply with standards

• Control and monitor the teams operation efficiencies and performance

• Intense communication and assist in complaint handling

• Work in available systems (BO, LSS), information analysis and report drafting

• Assist with other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Transportation, Logistics, Industrial or related field

• knowledge in TMS/ BO/ LSS or relevant system is a plus

• At least 10-year relevant experiences in logistics or distribution, candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Manager

• Positive with Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure

• Proficient in PC application including MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing
