Job responsibilities:

• Assist in formulation and implementation of residential sales and marketing strategies and activities in property development department

• Coordinate with project teams and consultants on development scheme and layout design

• Liaison with property agents to achieve sales target

• Assist in preparation of budget & forecast and conduct market studies & analysis on property industry

Job requirements:

• Degree holder or above, preferably in Real Estate/ Business/ Marketing related discipline

• 6 - 8 years' working experience in residential property sales & marketing especially in property developer is highly preferred

• Outgoing and self-motivated with good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills

• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua

• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

• Immediately available is highly preferred
