What You'll Do

The candidate will perform account and bookkeeping functions for a money lending operation and certain inactive companies, including:

• Handling a full set of accounts, responsible for daily accounting duties including accounting entries with MYOB, month-end closing, expense, payroll and MPF payment, etc

• Reconcile monthly reports from money lending operations for accounting records

• Prepare monthly management reports

• Reorganise the data related to the business model

• Bookkeeping and administrative work for certain inactive companies

• Provide clerical/administrative support and ad hoc duties as assigned

You will be a great fit if you:

• Proactive and responsible, with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in accounting

• Experience in money lending businesses is preferred

• Familiar with computerised accounting systems such as MYOB

• Proficiency in Excel and Word

• Fluent in Cantonese and English
