Job Responsibilities

1.      Assist in the analysis and implementation of various business strategies of the Company.

2.      Monitor domestic and international insurance industry development trends, conduct comparative analysis and assess development changes, and propose targeted and highly actionable solutions.

3.      Assist in drafting key documents such as special research reports, analytical studies, regular daily reports, and executive speeches.

4.      Support the execution of strategic project plans, break down task objectives, track progress, and ensure effective project implementation.

5.      Assist in maintaining the relationship between financial institutions and investors.

Job Requirements

1.      Bachelor's degree or above, with a preferred background in finance, mathematics, statistics, or insurance-related fields.

2.      1-3 years or more of work experience in finance or consulting sector, with a preference for candidates with capital market project experience.

3.      Strong organizational coordination, logical thinking, and multitasking abilities, capable of independently managing complete work modules.

4.      Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

5.      Strong ability to handle pressure, quick learning capability, and team collaboration spirit.

6.      Outstanding fresh graduates with relevant financial internship experience are also welcome.
