Title HR Manager

Package $40K-5xK * 13 months + bonus

Responsibilities:

· Report directly to the Chairman as Head of Human Resources;

· Formulate and drive HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business growth and operational objectives;

· Lead and oversee the entire HR team, managing full-spectrum HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, employee relations, learning & development, performance management, succession planning, annual salary review, budgeting, and HRIS management;

· Regularly review and enhance HR policies, processes, and systems (including HRIS and intranet) to ensure best practices and added value to the organization;

· Act as a trusted business partner to senior management and business units;

· Oversee agency and vendor management related to HR services;

· Lead HR-related projects and change initiatives as required;

· Manage and follow up visa application and renewal cases;

· Perform ad-hoc projects & tasks from time to time.

Requirements:

· Degree in Business Administration, major in Human Resources Management is a plus or related disciplines;

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR field, preferred in financial industry;

· Well versed in Employment Ordinance in HK and other employment related legislation;

· Creative, patient, well organized with strong sense of accountability and high accuracy;

· A detail-minded team player with strong communication skills;

· Willing to learn, able to work independently and under tight deadlines;

· Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred;

· Excellent in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing. IT/HRIS knowledge is an advantage;

· Immediate availability is preferred.
