What this job involves 

• Oversee the end to end management of building services (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, etc) to ensure optimal performance, safety and regulatory compliance

• Prepare, review and finalize tender documentation for building services projects, ensuring alignment with technical specifications and procurement standards

• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and school stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget

• Conduct regular inspections and audits of building systems, addressing issues proactively to minimize disruptions

• Ensure adherence to local regulations （REW A / B License requirements) and sustainability best practices
  

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications 
Desired experience and technical skills
Required 

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Building Services, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field)

• Minimum 5 years of experience in building services engineering

• REW A/B license holder is a must

• Proficient in preparing tender documents and managing procurement processes

• Strong knowledge of building services systems and sustainability practices

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with excellent communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
