Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor the laboratory’s quality system and internal audits to ensure compliance with ISO 17025 and related standards.

• Ensure integrity and confidentiality of test reports in line with the laboratory’s code of conduct.

• Lead and support new test development, R&D projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Handle and resolve customer complaints, recommending improvements where needed.

• Validate and maintain the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).

• Control purchasing of laboratory services by formulating criteria for selection of competent suppliers

• Provide technical and compliance advice to internal and external stakeholders.

• Oversee team HR activities, including recruitment, manpower planning, and performance management.

• Formulate staff training and people development plan in accordance with business strategy, company direction and employee’s individual needs

• Perform other duties/ tasks as required

Requirements:

• Bachler Degree holder in Engineering, Science, Physical or any equivalent discipline;

• 5 year of relevant experience in Toys is an advantage;

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Mature, proactive and presentable

• Be analytical, detail-oriented with excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills

• Proficiency in MS office

• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

• Less experience candidate will be considered as Technical Service Executive.
