We are excited to announce an opening for a talented and motivated Senior Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team. We seek an individual with at least 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, and website management. In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across our global markets, including Europe, the United States and Australia. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to deepen your dental knowledge of a diverse range of dental products—such as clear aligners, veneers, and dentures—while honing your brand marketing and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Engaging Product Content: Create compelling product content from the ground up in English, and prepare marketing materials for launch, ensuring strict adherence to company guidelines and industry best practices.

• Manage B2B Website: Build and maintain a dynamic B2B website, regularly updating content and videos, while generating detailed performance reports to assess effectiveness.

• Coordinate Cross-Functional Communication: Independently liaise with internal teams and distributors across the US, Europe, Australia, and Southeast Asia for new product launches, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

• Create High-Quality Visual Content: Conceptualize and produce high-impact visual content, including copywriting, photography, graphics, and videos that effectively reflect and enhance the company’s brand identity.

• Stay Ahead of Social Media Trends: Remain informed about the latest social media trends and best practices to craft innovative and engaging content that resonates with our audience.

• Collaborate with Creative Teams: Work closely with graphic and video designers to brainstorm and develop creative ideas and content that drive engagement.

• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.

• At least 5 years proven working experience as English content writer.

• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail, able to handle multiple priorities.

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

• Strong project management and organization skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic knowledge in Meta Business, Google Ads, Google Analytics and Power BI.

• Knowledge in AI tools, WIX and Hubspot are preferred.
