工作地點: 薄扶林

主要職責：

(a) 檢查、維修和保養學院之建築物及設施；

(b) 協助安裝及測試機器及設備；

(c) 協助採購及管理有關維修及保養工作的物料和工具；

(d) 協助處理定期維修保養及緊急維修工作；及

(e) 支援學院日常運作和舉辦之活動。

入職條件：

(a) (i) 完成物業管理或相關訓練課程(如學徒訓練)，並於取得有關學歷後有最少兩年相關工作經驗；或

(ii) 通過技能測試，並具有最少兩年相關工作經驗；

(b) 須持有A級或以上的電業工程人員牌照；及

(c) 能閱讀及書寫中文和簡單英語。

備註：

(1) 以上職位之職級為「二級機械工」。

(2) 為配合運作需要，受聘者日後可能會被調派至其他工作地點工作。

(3) 獲取錄的申請人需要輪班工作，包括夜班，並於星期六、日及公眾假期工作。學院會視乎運作需要以編排工作時間及時數。

(4) 申請人如在過去三個月內曾就該職位遞交申請表格，則無須重新遞交。
