Job Description

  • 1. Responsible for maintaining and servicing business partners and key accounts in the Hong Kong region. 2. Develop and allocate wealth management solutions for overseas clients based on their financial needs to achieve wealth product sales targets. 3. Provide effective service coverage for major clients through online and offline channels, meeting fund retention goals.

  • 1. Execute the end-to-end process of physical store site selection and development in Singapore aligning all activities with the company's strategic goals. 2. Conduct thorough market research to identify viable locations. 3. Gather necessary information and data and perform detailed analysis to support and inform all site selection decisions. 4. Perform comprehensive on-site inspections of potential locations. 5. Evaluate trade areas, assess suitable business formats, and analyze customer traffic patterns. 6. Develop and produce professional site evaluation reports detailing findings and recommendations. 7. Lead business negotiations with key partners, including shopping malls and developers. 8. Manage the full lifecycle of contract signing, renewals, and all related documentation and legal matters. 9. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Design, Product, Construction) to ensure seamless project execution. 10. Rigorously control project costs and timelines to guarantee the smooth and timely launch of all new stores. 11. Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with property owners, developers, and other essential partners in the retail real estate ecosystem. 12. Provide support to the broader store team by assisting with other related tasks as needed.

  • 1. Design and execute the digital asset product roadmap to extend brokerage services into digital assets (spot, stablecoins, yield). 2. Integrate MPC-based custody solutions using Fireblocks and build seamless wallet flows (custodial and non-custodial). 3. Identify and integrate yield-generating opportunities from on-chain protocols with focus on safety, scalability, and UX. 4. Develop payment rails for USDC/USDT settlements, ensuring compliance, liquidity, and real-time processing. 5. Partner with engineering, compliance, and partnerships to ensure secure and compliant product launches. 6. Work closely with risk and legal teams to align product rollout with MAS and international frameworks.

  • 1. Plan, create and publish engaging content across company’s social media platforms (such as Instagram, Xiaohongshu, Weibo) to drive interaction and follower growth 2. Plan and execute integrated online and offline marketing campaigns (including new product launches, seasonal promotions and brand collaborations) to amplify brand exposure 3. Maintain consistency in brand visuals and tone across stores, social media and promotional materials 4. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in digital marketing, and explore the right channels to reach our target customers 5. Track marketing performance across channels, generate regular reports and propose actionable optimization strategies 6. Work closely with store operations, design, PR and partnership teams to ensure seamless project execution 7. Identify, manage and collaborate with content creators and local influencers to drive brand engagement and awareness 8. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • 1. Analyze factors and events that could impact financial markets and assess their potential effect on the firm's portfolios 2. Lead the implementation of new risk measures and the continuous enhancement of existing ones, communicating directly with senior management on risk-related issues 3. Maintain responsibility for signing off on the Market Risk approval process for new products 4. Establish, implement, and maintain the firm's operational risk management framework 5. Identify, assess, measure, report, and mitigate the group's operational risk exposure, with a focus on trading system-related risks 6. Develop assessment frameworks for existing and emerging operational risks, enhance monitoring, and ensure effective mitigation actions are in place 7. Support Operations teams in identifying automation opportunities and coordinate changes to improve productivity and strengthen risk controls 8. Work closely with IT and Business Analyst teams to ensure the successful delivery of risk-related projects 9. Create and maintain project plans, track progress, and promptly escalate any exceptions to senior management 10. Assist in other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • 1. Provide basic legal support for the group’s financing initiatives, including preparing checklists, maintaining deal files, and handling procedural matters. 2. Assist in due diligence and document review for M&A and investment transactions, under the supervision of senior team members. 3. Advise on legal risks and opportunities related to the day-to-day business activities, including securities trading, asset management and other corporate business. 4. Support the Legal Department in executing local and regional projects and support digital innovation initiatives and the development of digital platforms, services, and products. 5. Support cross-functional collaboration by facilitating communication between the Legal Department and other business units to address integrated legal and business issues. 6. Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management 7. Advise on regulatory and licensing requirements applicable to Longbridge’s businesses in Hong Kong and Mainland China and other applicable jurisdictions as assigned Liaise with regulators, external counsel as well as in-house compliance officers as needed. 8. Monitor legal and regulatory updates (e.g., SFC, HKMA, CSRC circulars) and draft internal summaries or alerts for the Legal Department. 9. Support the Legal Department in compiling responses to regulatory inquiries or audits, including document collection, filing, and basic drafting. 10. Liaise regularly across business areas to ensure alignment of legal strategies and policies. 11. Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of agreements, including client agreements, vendor contracts, commercial contracts, partnership agreements, trade confirmations, and product term sheets. 12. Develop and maintain legal and contractual templates to standardize and streamline documentation processes. 13. Ensure contracts are legally sound, protect the company’s interests, and comply with regulatory requirements. 14. Assist in instructing external counsel in litigation and dispute resolution processes, including communicating litigation strategies, preparing case summaries, chronologies, and document bundles. 15. Monitor external-counsel invoices and maintain litigation files, ensuring pleadings and correspondence are properly stored and archived, with periodic summaries for the Legal Department.

  • 1. Order Matching & Core Trading Infrastructure 2. Own product roadmap for order matching engine, CLOB mechanics, tick sizes, matching algorithms (price-time priority, pro-rata, hybrid models). 3. Define product requirements for order lifecycle flows: placement, amendment, cancellation, partial/complete fills, and detailed documentation to support implementation and iteration. 4. Collaborate with engineering to design high-throughput, low-latency systems that meet institutional trading standards. 5. Market Maker & Liquidity Provider Integrations 6. Build MM/LP connectivity through FIX/WebSocket APIs; define quoting, RFQ, and streaming liquidity requirements. 7. Develop incentive structures, maker rebates, and routing logic to optimize liquidity depth and spread. 8. Work closely with market-making partners (e.g., Wintermute, GSR, Flow Traders) to ensure stable, competitive liquidity. 9. Prime Brokerage & Institutional Flows 10. Design flows for margin & collateral management, credit lines, auto-borrowing, settlement, modeled after prime brokers. 11. Define internal and external connectivity for smart order routing (SOR), cross-venue execution, and liquidity aggregation. 12. Risk, Compliance & Safeguards 13. Work with risk teams to define real-time monitoring, circuit breakers, throttling, position limits, and liquidation buffers. 14. Ensure product features comply with MiCA, MAS, and global digital asset regulatory expectations. 15. Digital Asset Trading Innovations 16. Work with engineers to explore or design order book models, rollup-based matching, hybrid settlement, and MEV-aware execution. 17. Based on trading users' needs, design trading AI agents efficient for particular market situations. 18. Understand account abstraction wallets, gas-optimized settlement, and related technical patterns. 19. Data, Metrics & Performance Optimization 20. Define and monitor KPIs such as spread, depth/volatility, fill-rate, order rejections, system TPS/latency. 21.
