About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Event & Strategic Partnerships Senior Manager. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in financial services or high-net-worth client services, with demonstrated expertise in designing high-end events for affluent clients and creating tangible business value through cross-sector collaborations.

Role Mission

To design and execute sophisticated event strategies for the financial services sector, integrating high-value client engagement with selective cross-industry collaborations. Focus on delivering premium forums, seminars, and specialized events that strengthen client relationships and support business growth through partnerships with different institutions.

Key Responsibilities

1.Based on the company's business development needs, design and implement marketing activities of various types and scenarios to convey professional asset-management capabilities through high-quality, customized event experiences, enhance customer experience, and drive new investments.

2.In line with business objectives, plan the annual marketing activity schedule and strategy, reasonably allocate resources required for events—such as budgets, speakers, and vendors—and execute accordingly.

3.Set clear objectives and key indicators for each event (such as customer engagement depth, media impact, and potential client conversion).

4.Develop and execute refined event budgets to ensure high-quality delivery while achieving optimal return on investment.

5.Plan and manage the annual event calendar, take full ownership of end-to-end execution for professional events such as investment summits, economic seminars, and client appreciation events, and ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements.

6.Use systematic data analysis to identify customer segments and tailor event content accordingly (for example, new client acquisition, MGM, and key ongoing clients), effectively supporting RMs in client maintenance and development.

7.Coordinate internally and externally across departments, academic institutions, professional associations, partners, and vendors to establish efficient collaboration mechanisms and continuously ensure high-quality allocation of event resources.

Qualifications

1.6-8 years of event management experience in the financial services, luxury, or high-end agency sectors, with a focus on serving high-net-worth clients.

2.Exceptional strategic planning, project management, and budgeting skills, with a proven track record of delivering complex events on time and within budget.

3.Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment while maintaining precision and professionalism.

4.High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information and high-profile guests.

5.Outstanding communication, coordination, and team collaboration capabilities.

6.Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools.

7.Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential.
