Job Description:

• Develop and enhance our product suite, from developing loan products to digital delivery with a focus on contextual, intelligent provision

• End to end ownership of workstreams, from customer research, ideation, product development/planning to executing and managing your products

• Explore and work closely with external business partners to create and reiterate new to market innovative lending/payment solutions

• Work with the team in strategic development, ongoing refinement, and refinement of product roadmap

• Stay on top of current market dynamics and be aware of competitors' products and marketing campaigns to develop and enhance personal lending product and features to maintain competitiveness in the market

• Conduct analysis on business performance and evaluate programs' effectiveness to ensure that initiatives are measurable and reportable

• Make use of data to initiate and justify business decisions

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration or equivalent disciplines

• Minimum 5 years relevant experience; Product management experience gained from personal lending business, banking/credit card business or telecom business will be a plus

• Demonstrated analytical experience and sound business judgment; Comfortable with data and numbers

• Experience in growth hacking, managing business lines, partnerships or products

• Excellent communication skills with an ability to distil complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete action plans

• Entrepreneurial self-starter who can work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision

• A curious and questioning mind

• Spoken and written fluency in English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience may be considered for Associate Product Manager
