We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior Accountant / Accountant to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an accounting professional who is eager to grow with the company and take on increasing responsibilities. 

Accountant

 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit statutory financial statements for the group of companies in compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure accurate recording of financial transactions.

• Prepare and post journal entries.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

• Maintain accounting records in accordance with internal policies and external standards.

• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Analyze financial information and summarize financial status.

• Present financial reports to management.

• Support interim and annual audits by providing required documentation and explanations.

• Manage incoming payments and ensure compliance with financial policies.

• Handle daily financial transactions (e.g. A/R, A/P, billing, deposits).

• Reconcile ledgers and resolve discrepancies.

• Communicate with clients on billing issues and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Generate reports on receivables and payables status.

• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, cash flow projections, and annual budgeting processes.

• Collect and analyze historical financial data to support budgeting decisions.

• Work closely with department heads to review budget assumptions and monitor actual performance against budget.

• Provide variance analysis and highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities to management.

• Perform any other duties related to accounting and finance as assigned by the CFO.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma holder or above in Accountancy, or LCCI Level 3 or equivalent.

• 3 years or above of hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts.

• Proactive and supportive attitude.

• High integrity with a strong sense of responsibility.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

• Fast learner, adaptive, and organized.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Good sense of numbers and logical thinking.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
