About the role

We are seeking a talented 3D Sculptor / Toy Designer to join our dynamic team at Zeeva. This position is an exciting opportunity to contribute your creative expertise to the design and development of innovative 3D sculptural toys and merchandise.

What you'll be doing

• Design toy concepts and develop 3D sculpts for figurines, RC toys, and collectibles.

• Create, modify, and update 3D assets for various projects.

• Support the Packaging Graphic Design Team by modifying 3D and 2D assets as needed.

• Render high-quality images for marketing and commercial purposes.

• Contribute strategic and conceptual input to the design process.

• Prepare product presentations, 3D renderings, and related graphic design materials.

• Communicate with factories to supervise the prototypes in the product development stage

• Handle ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.

What we're looking for

• Degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or a related creative field

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in toy design, 3D character modelling (low to medium poly) using software such as 3ds Max or Blender, and digital sculpting with ZBrush, Blender and Nomad Sculpt.

• Proficient in 3D software such as ZBrush, Blender, or Nomad Sculpt is a MUST.

• Knowledge of Fusion360, Rhinoceros or Solidworks is preferred.

• Proficient in 2D design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, with strong hand sketching skills.

• Familiarity with rendering software, especially KeyShot.

• Passion for the toy and collectibles industry and a keen eye for design trends

• Creative thinker with strong design sensibility and a problem-solving mindset.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

• Self-disciplined, independent, and well-organized.

• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant work is required.

• Immediate availability or short notice is preferred.
