Responsibilities:

• Monitor stock level and optimize inventory turndays

• Analyze product performance and align with sales team to prepare demand and supply forecast

• Manage vendors to ensure stable, sufficient supply and on-time delivery to meet the company’s goals and promotion campaigns

• Properly manage products’ phase in and phase out to minimize excess stock

• Coordinate with different teams for order processing and order management

• Responsible for inventory, production and logistics cost monitoring

• Liaise with internal and external parties to get alignment on demand forecast and order placement

• Assist in ad hoc duties as required by supervisor
   

Requirements:

• Degree holder in business or equivalent with at least 5 years in supply chain management 

• Experience in FMCG / beauty or related retail sectors is definitely an advantage

• Strong business acumen and analytical skills

• A good team and multi-tasked player with a strong drive for result

• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in excel applications, is a must

• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage

• Experience in SAP system is an advantage
