Job Duties

• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities and gaps (wrappers, new share classes, ESG overlays etc)
• Build business cases covering target investor segments, pricing/fees, expected AUM, profitability and risk considerations
• Lead cross-functional launch workstreams
• Drive documentation and governance
• Manage external parties
• Define and implement new share class features (currency, hedged/unhedged, accumulating/distributing, clean/share classes)
• Ensure product compliance with applicable regimes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field
• 2+ years of experience within Asset Management
• Prior experience in product management, fund operations or related areas
• Proven track record delivering fund/share class launches and change events on time
• Fluent English and Cantonese
