Company Description

Our client is a leading strategy and business advisory company based in Asia with extensive network of industry experts across all verticals in Web3.0 industry. They aim to facilitate extraordinary founders to realise their vision, and to provide entrepreneurs with insights to launch and scale in Web3.0. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their dynamic team and play a crucial role in customer outreach and acquisition. The team consists of talents from well-known technology, marketing, and asset management companies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain healthy, long-term relationship with Web3.0 companies, founders and traditional companies (the "Clients") to generate Web3.0 / blockchain related advisory businesses and referrals
  • Assist the Company in expanding the Clients base and industry network
  • Discover Clients needs and offer solutions (including Tokenomics, partnership, organising events and value added services) to them through the Company's resources and services
  • Compile and present business proposal and pitching material for existing and potential Clients
  • Negotiate and finalise with potential Clients on commercial terms
  • Follow industry trends and market updates, conduct necessary market research, identify and develop business opportunities globally
  • Represent the Company to attend conferences, meetings and industry events

Requirements
  • Candidate ideally be located in Hong Kong
  • Bachelor's degree, equivalent industry experience, or relevant role experience.
  • 3+ years relevant experience in advisory company, crypto exchange listing, B2B business to Web3.0 projects and ideally with sales and/or business development experience
  • Strong technology industry network is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritise
  • Able to take lead and work independently
  • Excellent spoken and written English and/or Cantonese communication skills. Proficiency in Korean or Japanese be a plus.
  • Well presented, self-motivated, organised and accountable

Compensation
  • Negotiable; sales commission and token incentives included
