工作職責

• 清潔辦公區域 - 在各種辦公空間(包括會議室，茶水間及私人會所)執行日常清潔工作。

  Perform daily cleaning tasks in various office spaces, including meeting rooms and pantries.

• 清理垃圾桶 - 確保所有垃圾及回收箱已清空,並保持設施良好維護。

  Ensure all trash and recycling bins are emptied and facilities are well-maintained.

• 吸塵及拖地 - 透過定期吸塵及拖地,保持地毯清潔及硬地板光亮。

  Keep carpets clean and hard floors sparkling with regular vacuuming and mopping.

• 清潔表面灰塵 - 清潔家具及表面灰塵,維持整潔專業的外觀。

  Dust furniture and surfaces to maintain a tidy and professional appearance.

• 清潔玻璃 - 擦拭門窗等玻璃表面,確保清晰明亮。

  Wipe down glass surfaces like doors and windows to ensure clarity and shine.

• 消毒洗手間 - 保持洗手間清潔,並備有必需品以提供舒適體驗。

  Keep restrooms clean and stocked with essentials for a pleasant experience.

• 報告問題 - 監察並向經理報告任何維修問題以便迅速解決。

  Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the manager for prompt resolution.

入職要求

• 無學歷及語言要求，需持有香港永久性居民身份證 - No education and language requirements, HKPR is required

• 相關經驗 - 3年或以上類似職位的工作經驗,擁有酒店清潔經驗者更佳。

  3 years experience in a similar role, with hotel cleaning experience being a plus.

• 友善性格 - 友善、樂於助人及以客為本的性格是擔任此職位的關鍵。

  A friendly, helpful, and customer-service oriented personality is key to success in this role.

• 可靠性 - 高度靈活、可靠、誠實及值得信賴。

  High level of flexibility, reliability, honesty, and trustworthiness

• 獨立工作能力 - 能夠在最少監督下獨立工作,並有效管理時間。

  Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

• 體能耐力 - 良好的體能耐力以處理清潔工作,包括站立、彎腰及搬運輕型物品。

  Good physical stamina to handle cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting light objects.

• 注重細節 - 對細節有敏銳觸覺,並以做好工作為榮。

  A keen eye for detail and pride in a job well done.
