Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. This part-time role involves assisting with communications, basic administration, and coordination of meetings and reports.

Key Responsibilities

* Social Media & Marketing Support - Help manage social media accounts and assist with basic marketing tasks.

* Internal Communication - Coordinate communication between the Chairman, staff, Executive Committee, advisors, and volunteers.

* Donor & Volunteer Liaison - Support communication with donors and assist in organizing volunteer-related activities.

* Administrative Tasks - Handle routine admin duties such as banking, document filing, and maintaining company records.

* Meeting Coordination - Assist in preparing for Executive Committee meetings and the Annual General Meeting.

* Report & Proposal Assistance - Help draft and compile funding proposals, annual reports, budget plans, and financial documents.

Education Qualifications and Working Experience

Degree holder, 5 years of Marketing and Administration working experience, Mental Health related degree preferred.

Working Hours

20 hours per week, may need to undertake duties on Saturday and public holidays.
