Due to their rapid business expansion in Asia, they are looking for a high calibre Head of Finance with regional exposure. Responsibilities:

• Lead with Impact: You’ll be the go-to expert heading the department, influencing the senior management, and representing the teams for all things accounting and finance, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.

• Shape the Financial Future: Guide investment oversight to help the team achieve strong portfolio returns while carefully managing risk and solvency.

• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with C-levels and senior leadership, providing insights that drive smart, strategic business decisions. Oversee annual corporate planning process, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

• Own the Process: Oversee daily operations, from preparing statutory and regulatory reports to ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies. Manage and oversee statutory reporting and tax compliance functions.

• Drive the Growth: Collaborate on long-term financial planning and execution of strategies that align with the business goals across multiple geographies.

• Business Unit Cash Flow: Ensure respective business unit cash flow is maintained adequately. Ensure best negotiated rates obtained with operating suppliers to drive down operating expenses.

Requirements:

• Minimum 15 years of solid experience in accounting and finance management with a master degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field and qualified CPA, ACCA or CA.

• Strong knowledge of corporate tax, audit and compliance regulations across Asian countries.

• Highest standard of integrity, ethics & professionalism with strong business acumen.

• Proven track record in financial leadership and strategy development across international operations, preferably in Asia.

• Solid senior management and leadership skills with strong emphasis on interpersonal skills and building a high performing team.

• Strong understanding of global sourcing and supply chain dynamics, cost management, and compliance frameworks.

• Be curious and hands-on, and willing to learn the detail of our business to effectively collaborate with and challenge the senior leadership team.
