Responsibilities:

• Lead overall business strategy, annual planning, and revenue growth initiatives

• Oversee daily operations of investment, finance, and business development teams

• Set KPIs, monitor performance, and ensure operational efficiency

• Supervise investment strategy, portfolio performance, and risk management

• Review financial models, investment proposals, and due‑diligence reports

• Approve major investment decisions and monitor capital allocation

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion areas

• Build and maintain relationships with institutional clients, investors, and key stakeholders

• Lead fundraising, investor relations, and corporate presentations

• Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and regulatory meetings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or related fields; relevant professional qualifications (e.g., CFA, FRM) are a plus

• 8–12+ years of experience in financial services, investment management, corporate finance, or banking

• Proven track record in business leadership, investment oversight, and revenue growth

• Possess an extensive network of investors and broader industry contacts, with experience working with institutional clients being an advantage

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong business relationships with senior executives

• Strong understanding of investment products, portfolio management, and risk frameworks

• Familiarity with the regulatory environment and industry dynamics of the Hong Kong market

• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and strategic planning skills

• Fluency in English and Chinese; Mandarin is an advantage

• Adapt to a fast-paced and growing environment
