Responsibilities

• Actively manage, Train, and oversee the development of a group of Head Coaches

• Manage Head Coaches and sets individual goals that link to Nike Direct priorities

• Coach staff, supports development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition, and rewards

• Develop growth targets and goals for Nike Direct Stores that are aligned with the Nike Direct strategy

• Accountable for the financial budget including store P/L

• Analyse sales performance to inform Nike Direct stores team and strategies

Requirements: 

• Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent

• 8+ years progressive retail experience

• Demonstrates strong and effective analytical business skills

• Thorough understanding of operations and financials including budget preparation and control

• Demonstrates strong multi-tasking and project management on various levels with different and converging timelines

• Strategic thinking

• Business level written and verbal communications skills in English and Chinese required

• Previous experience working with a premium positioned brand and understanding tactics that can both build and potentially erode brand equity a plus

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment

• Comfortable working in cross-cultural environment – value diversity
