Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, manpower planning, and service processes to ensure smooth collaboration between frontline and production teams, while enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience through effective processes and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manpower, Recruitment & Rostering Management

• Handle staff recruitment including resume screening, interview arrangement, and onboarding

• Plan manpower structure and control manpower costs

• Prepare and manage staff rosters

• Deploy manpower and manage customer seating arrangements according to operational needs

• Collect, handle, and report customer feedback to management and follow up on improvement actions


2. Team Management & Training


• Lead and manage frontline teams to ensure service quality and efficiency

• Train new staff and provide on-the-job coaching

• Monitor staff performance and discipline


3. Operations Process & System Management

• Establish, implement, and monitor operational processes (opening/closing, peak hour operations)

• Operate and manage POS systems, including ordering, cashiering, and reporting

• Handle daily operational and ad-hoc issues


4. Production Team & Cross-Department Coordination

• Work closely with the production team to ensure smooth and accurate food production

• Coordinate frontline and kitchen operations to enhance speed and efficiency


5. Payroll, Administration & Data Management

• Manage staff attendance records, working hours, and payroll preparation

• Assist in basic HR and administrative duties

• Compile basic operational data and reports for management


6. Service Standards & Customer Experience Management

• Ensure frontline teams comply with company service standards

• Monitor service performance, order-to-serve time, and seating flow

• Drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in operations or supervisory roles

• Experience in fast food / quick service restaurant (QSR) is an advantage

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and on shift duty

• Familiar with POS systems and basic computer skills

• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English


Working Hours

• Shift duty required, including weekends and public holidays
